To book a tour online please contact a live representative at our main office via email any time between Mon-Sun to confirm available seats for your requested tour date. Our live representatives respond to all emails accordingly as they will make your reservation and handle the entire booking process for you.

Please do not submit your payment before contacting a tour representative by email or phone call to confirm the availability of the tour date. If you submit a payment before your tour is confirmed with a representative via email then you will be responsible for the Paypal transaction fee that Paypal will charge you. However, we will refund you the difference minus the Paypal transaction fee. To avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings, our company policy requires our all representatives to confirm all tours through email only not over the phone which helps the booking process run more smoothly for both parties.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: When ready to book your tour please be sure to confirm your requested tour date with a tour representative by email before you purchase a tour. (Email Box Is Located Below) Simply ask us through the email box if the date in which you would like to go on is available. A live representative will be able to respond, confirm and make the reservation.

Step 2: Afterwards, the representative will give you the go ahead to purchase your tour. Detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Step 3: Then via email, the tour representative will send you your tour package pickup information with all the details including your hotel pickup time, return time, cancellation policy and tour updates. It's that simple!

Your questions regarding the tour are always welcomed. For refund purposes reservations can only be made no more than 2 months prior to the requested tour date. For a reservation to be valid a payment must be made to secure your seats. For any questions or concerns feel free to email us in the email box below for a timely response.

If your outside of the U.S and are unable to call, simply send us an email below and a live person will respond. (No Booking Software) The entire booking process can be handled online via email. We use real people to provide superior service and we are eager to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
